Welcome to 18650 Battery Partners. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. Please read carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access this website or make a purchase.

By purchasing from 18650 Battery Partners, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the safe handling, use, and storage of lithium-ion batteries and related products. These products pose significant safety risks if misused. All buyers must follow the manufacturer’s specifications, safety instructions, and recommended usage. Batteries must not be stored loose in pockets, purses, or near metal objects. They must be stored and transported in protective cases or original packaging. Use of batteries without proper protection circuits such as a Battery Management System (BMS) or Protection Circuit Board (PCB) is strictly prohibited. Products from 18650 Battery Partners may not be used in e-cigarettes, vaporizers, or similar devices under any circumstance due to the risk of fire, explosion, or injury. If you are purchasing for resale, you agree to forward all safety warnings and product guidelines to your customers.

Orders can be placed online, by phone, or email. Once an order is submitted and a tracking number is issued, it is considered final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If this occurs, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided during checkout. All sales are subject to availability and verification. Due to the sensitive and high-risk nature of our products, we have the right to not accept returns or offer exchanges or refunds once an order has shipped. If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately and we will review your request for a replacement under our return policy. It is your responsibility to verify that a product is compatible with your application. We do not guarantee compatibility. If an order is returned as undeliverable, refused, or due to an incorrect address, any refund will be reduced by the original shipping charge, return shipping fees assessed by the carrier, and a restocking fee of 20% or $6.00, whichever is greater. If a returned package is lost or damaged while in transit back to us, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping options and delivery estimates are available at checkout. All delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other uncontrollable factors. Once a shipment is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. If you did not receive your package, contact us and we will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the carrier approves the claim and pays the compensation, a replacement will be sent. We are not liable for packages that are stolen after delivery—please ensure a secure delivery location.

By making a purchase, you agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these terms. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to dispute the charge with supporting documentation, refer the debt to collections, and report the unpaid balance to credit agencies if allowed by law. Your account may also be permanently blocked from future purchases.

All products are sold as-is, without warranties of any kind unless explicitly provided by the original manufacturer. We do not guarantee merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or product suitability. Any specifications, images, or descriptions are provided by manufacturers and are for reference only. They may not exactly match the product received. We do not provide money for warranties; funds will come from the manufacturer. 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 18650 Battery Partners, its employees, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of products, failure to pass along safety information, or any breach of these Terms. Our maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the total purchase price of the product in question. We will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or equipment damage.

All website content, including images, text, and design elements, are the property of 18650 Battery Partners and may not be copied, modified, or used without express written permission. You may only use this content for the purpose of browsing or placing an order.

We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, or availability errors at any time, even after an order is placed. If your order is affected by such a correction, we will notify you and issue a refund if needed.

Any disputes or claims related to your purchase or these Terms must be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, following the rules of a recognized arbitration body selected by 18650 Battery Partners. You waive your right to a jury trial and agree that all disputes must be handled individually—you may not participate in class actions, consolidated claims, or group proceedings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our site or cancel any order at our discretion and without prior notice. Harassment, abusive communication, impersonation of staff, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate account termination.

If you are a reseller, you are solely responsible for communicating proper safety information and product guidelines to your customers. 18650 Battery Partners is not liable for harm resulting from improper use, handling, or omissions on your part.

By purchasing from 18650 Battery Partners, you accept that lithium-ion batteries are hazardous by nature and must be handled responsibly. You agree to assume all risks and responsibilities associated with their use, and to review and comply with the safety instructions provided on our website and by the manufacturer.
