Safety Data Sheet (SDS / MSDS) — the manufacturer's 16-section GHS-format sheet covering composition, hazards, handling, storage, fire-fighting and transport information.
UN38.3 Test Summary — proof the cell passed the UN Manual of Tests and Criteria, Section 38.3 (altitude, thermal, vibration, shock, external short circuit, impact/crush and overcharge). Required by carriers before lithium cells, including 21700 and 18650 cells, can be shipped.
IEC 62133-2 safety test report / certificate where available from the manufacturer.
UL 1642 cell recognition information where applicable.

Warranty claims: we gather your lot numbers, date codes and test data and file the claim directly with the cell manufacturer for you.
Returns: damaged-in-transit, incorrect or out-of-spec cells are handled quickly, including arranging compliant return shipping for lithium cells.
Technical inquiries: questions about discharge curves, charge parameters, cycle life, temperature limits or cell selection go straight to the manufacturer's technical team, and we bring the answer back to you.

Pack Builder Tips: Getting the Most From Bulk Cells
Match your cells. Use cells of the same model and, ideally, the same lot in a pack. Check open-circuit voltage and internal resistance before assembly.
Choose by continuous rating, not peak. Size the cell's continuous discharge current to your pack's real load in each parallel group.
Store correctly. Keep inventory cool and dry at partial state of charge (roughly 30–50%) per the manufacturer's SDS.
Is there a minimum order quantity? Wholesale pricing scales with volume, but we work with custom and smaller quantities too. Tell us what you need and we will quote it.
Can I set up recurring deliveries without a long-term contract? Yes. Share your forecast and we schedule shipments to match. You can adjust quantities as your production changes.
Do you supply UN38.3 documents for 21700 cells? Yes. UN38.3 test summaries for the 21700 and 18650 models we stock are available, along with the manufacturer SDS, for your shipping and compliance records.
Can you ship lithium cells by air? Lithium-ion cells shipped alone (UN3480) are heavily restricted on passenger aircraft. Most bulk orders ship by ground; ask us about the best compliant option for your location and volume.
Can I order mixed models in one shipment? Yes — for example, Samsung 50E for one product line and Molicel P42A for another, together on one order.
What if a cell fails? Contact us with the lot/date code and details. We handle the warranty claim directly with the manufacturer.
