📦 Warranty Claim Requirements
To request a replacement or service under warranty, you must include all of the following items in your return:

✅ A verifiable copy of your original purchase receipt.

✅ For batteries purchased over 180 days ago, include a photo showing your Hohm Tech charger and a government-issued photo ID (both must be clearly visible in the same photo).

✅ Batteries must be shipped in their original packaging or in a non-conductive protective case.

Protective cases will be returned with your replacement.

✅ A completed Warranty Form (available below).
⚠️ Damaged lithium-ion batteries must be shipped using a ground service, in compliance with shipping regulations. This does not apply to fully discharged cells.
❌ Warranty Exclusions
Warranty claims will be void if any of the following conditions apply:

The battery is bent, dented, distorted, punctured, or otherwise physically damaged.

Signs of corrosion or exposure to liquids are present.
-
The battery has been altered, including changes to the wrapper, label, or coating (painting, rewrapping, etc.).
No warranty will be granted without full compliance
with the packaging and documentation requirements.
🔒 Limitations of Coverage
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Hohm Tech product. It does not cover accessories used with the product or damage resulting from:

Improper use or care

Failure to follow product instructions or safety guidelines

Unauthorized modifications or tampering
Note: Hohm Tech will replace battery cells that have a compromised wrapper or label, as consumer safety is a top priority.

Any additional requested documentation
Ship all items to the address listed on the Warranty Form.
Step 3: Hohm Tech will evaluate your submission within 10 business days (Mon–Fri).
Tracking information for any replacement will be sent to the email provided on your form.
