🔒 General Safety Warning

Never carry loose batteries in your pocket, bag, or purse. Contact with keys or coins can cause a short circuit, potentially leading to burns, fire, or explosion. Always use a protective, non-conductive case for storage and transport.

✅ Intended Use Only

These cells are intended for integration into battery packs with a Battery Management System (BMS) or Protection Circuit Board (PCB). They must not be used in standalone form or installed in consumer devices such as vape pens, e-cigarettes, or flashlights.

🔥 Understanding Thermal Runaway

Thermal runaway is a hazardous chain reaction triggered by excessive internal heat, which may lead to fire or explosion. It can be caused by overcharging, physical damage, short circuits, or high external temperatures. To prevent it, use a smart charger, avoid mechanical damage, and store batteries in a cool, dry environment.

📦 Storage & Handling

Always keep batteries in individual protective cases and away from metal or conductive materials. Avoid storing them in humid, hot, or direct sunlight-exposed areas to maintain safety and integrity.

🛠 Visual Inspection

Do not use any battery that appears dented, bulging, leaking, corroded, or with damaged insulation or wrapping. Any visual damage indicates a compromised cell that may pose a serious hazard.

⚡ Charging Precautions

Use only chargers specifically designed for lithium-ion batteries. Avoid overcharging, over-discharging, or leaving the battery unattended while charging. Disconnect promptly once the battery reaches full charge.

🚫 Prohibited Activities

Do not expose batteries to open flame, excessive heat, or liquids. Do not puncture, crush, short-circuit, or modify the cells in any way. Never operate or charge batteries outside the manufacturer's recommended voltage range, and never dispose of them in household trash—recycle at certified facilities.

🧯 Emergency Procedures

If a battery overheats, emits smoke, leaks, or swells, stop using it immediately. Move it to a fireproof surface like sand or concrete, and isolate it from other items. If it ignites, use a Class D fire extinguisher or sand to put out the fire—do not use water.
